United Premier Funding, LLC (NMLS ID: 821194) was founded in 2011 with our main facility located in Duluth, Georgia. Three other branches located in Raleigh (North Carolina), Rock Hill (South Carolina), and Fort Lee (New Jersey).

Our primary business activity is the origination of conforming residential mortgage with loans. Over the years, we have developed specific lending services to meet the financial needs of all our clients.

We are a licensed Residential Mortgage Lender serving in the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, New Jersey, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Tennessee.

In addition, United Premier Funding, LLC is also a Residential Mortgage Broker serving in the state of South Carolina and Virginia.

We are a business devoted to providing mortgage lending services to a diverse market of people throughout the South Eastern United States.
